Adam Sorati
Chief Technologist
Adam has had extensive experience in the IT industry working as a senior software architect. He has vast experience and expertise in database design and application, as well as advisory level experience with IDE's (Independent Development Environments) such as Delphi, JBuilder and C#Builder and consults for Tonic on projects involving J2EE and .NET frameworks and platforms. Adam has a double degree in Computers and Accounting at Monash University.
Jeremy North
Technical Director
Jeremy has vast experience in the IT Industry working in the Retail (POS and Back Office processing) and Finance (Payroll, Managed Funds and Superannuation) sectors. He has worked as lead developer on many projects and is experienced with using many of the latest technologies including Microsoft .NET. He has extensive experience using Visual Studio, Borland Delphi and JBuilder IDE's. Currently working on a project using the Microsoft .NET framework.

Over the past thirty years Roger has worked in Software distribution, support and education roles for many of the industries major IT companies. He is the voice at the end of the phone when our customers call and he holds a mountain of knowledge on products ranging from Uniplex through to the Borland tools our customers utilize. Peter G Jeffery
Senior Risk Management Consultant
Jeffery has worked in Strategic Consulting, Project Direction, Risk Management and IT & Business Continuity Planning for over 20 years.
Peter's Risk Management experience includes providing the Department of Defence risk management consultancy, Risk Management and BCP studies for many BHP Billiton business units and acting as a Risk Management advisor for a number of other organisations including Woodside Petroleum.
Peter has a unique combination of skills to undertake BCP studies. These skills deliver a practical, pragmatic solution consistent with an organisation's business direction. He developed the original methodology for BHP's business continuity planning and has combined the CSC worldwide methodology in BCP into a Productivity Assessment tool he has developed to assist organizations to better understand their opportunities for performance improvement.
Peter's work has delivered major cost savings and performance improvement in inventory management, warehousing and distribution as well as Risk Management and process improvements.

Tom has held senior consulting and management positions over the course of his career, with his broad commercial experience spanning insurance, banking, mining and minerals processing, transport and logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, petroleum, steel, utilities and government. Tom has global work experience gained in Australia, PNG, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, USA, Chile, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. He has routine access to a very broad network of consulting professionals, and he can bring their expertise to bear on client issues as required.
To compliment the extensive experience Tom brings to clients, he has strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
